Rm250 is more than just a gaming platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who believe everyone deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Learn who we are, what we stand for, and why over 500,000 Malaysian players trust rm250 as their gaming home.
Rm250 was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to build an online casino platform truly made for Malaysians, by people who understand Malaysians. We are not a foreign company parachuting into the local market — rm250 is an entity that operates with a deep understanding of the needs, tastes, and diverse lifestyles of Malaysian society.
From day one, rm250 has been built on three core commitments: security, fairness, and convenience. Security means your personal data and funds are always protected. Fairness means every game runs on independently certified RNG. Convenience means depositing, playing, and withdrawing your winnings can all be done in minutes using the local payment methods you already use every day.
To provide the safest, fairest and most user-friendly online gaming entertainment platform in Malaysia — featuring premium games, local payment options and customer support that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players at every stage of their experience.
To become Malaysia's most trusted number-one online casino platform — a brand that, when mentioned, instantly gives Malaysians the confidence that they are engaging with a platform that is honest, responsible and always puts its users' wellbeing first.
We believe responsible entertainment is the cornerstone of a healthy gaming industry. rm250 invests in player protection tools, self-adjustable deposit limits and support resources to ensure every member plays within comfortable, enjoyable boundaries.
More than half a million players have made the right call. Here are the key reasons they stay with rm250.
Rm250 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and your personal data. Our systems comply with international security standards and are regularly audited by independent bodies. Your information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent — that is rm250's promise to every member.
Every game at rm250 — from slots to poker, from fish shooting to live casino — runs on a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. No predictable patterns, no hidden manipulation. Every spin, every hand, every shot is genuinely random and fair.
Rm250 understands that waiting on your winnings is one of the most frustrating experiences in online gaming. That's why we process all withdrawal requests in 5 minutes or less — straight to your bank account or eWallet, with no extra paperwork or drawn-out processes that leave you waiting for hours.
Rm250 supports all of the most popular payment methods among Malaysians — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM20, processed instantly with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
From adventure slots like Gonzo Treasure and Raging Tiger Paw, to strategic poker like Casino Hold Em and Joker Poker, to epic fish shooting games like All Star Fishing and Ocean King — rm250 offers a collection broad enough to satisfy every type of Malaysian player, from beginners to seasoned veterans.
The rm250 support team operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Malaysian public holidays. What sets us apart is that our team communicates in friendly, easy-to-understand Bahasa Melayu, understands the local context, and is able to resolve issues quickly so you never have to wait long for the help you need.
Rm250 began with a simple question: why wasn't there an online gaming platform truly built from the ground up for Malaysians? That question drove our founders to take action, ultimately giving birth to rm250 — a platform that is now home to over 500,000 Malaysian players.
Every step of the rm250 journey has been built on player feedback, continuous improvement and an unwavering commitment to integrity. We weren't perfect from day one — but we've always been learning, always growing and always putting the trust of Malaysian players above everything else.
Rm250 was founded with capital contributed by a group of experienced Malaysian technology and gaming professionals. The first platform launched with 20 carefully selected games and a basic FPX payment system supporting Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
Rm250 integrated Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay as deposit methods, becoming one of the earliest Malaysian gaming platforms to support eWallet payments. The game library grew to 50+ titles, including the addition of the first fish shooting game.
Rm250 reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members and successfully obtained RNG certification from an independent international audit body — a significant achievement that reinforces rm250's commitment to fair and transparent gaming for all Malaysian players.
Rm250 introduced its Live Casino section featuring real dealers operating around the clock, and expanded its customer support team to full 24/7 operations with specially trained Bahasa Melayu-speaking agents dedicated to serving the needs of Malaysian players.
Rm250 launched a fully optimised mobile web experience, allowing players to enjoy all games seamlessly anywhere without needing a separate app download. Membership surpassed 300,000 with the addition of Boost and ShopeePay.
Rm250 is now home to over 500,000 active members across Malaysia. We continue to add new games, strengthen our technical infrastructure, and deepen our responsible gaming programme — a commitment that never stops.
These values aren't just words on an office wall — they are the principles we uphold in every decision we make, every single day.
We don't make promises we can't keep. Every term, every condition, and every rm250 policy is written in plain, straightforward language — no hidden clauses that work against players. Integrity is rm250's most valuable currency.
Rm250 is more than just a platform — we're a community. We listen to our players, value their feedback and actively involve ourselves in developing new features based on the real needs of our ever-growing Malaysian player base.
The gaming industry never stands still, and neither does rm250. We invest in the latest technology — from faster payment systems to more immersive gameplay experiences — to keep our platform relevant, exciting and ahead of the curve for Malaysian players.
Rm250 believes responsible gaming is the foundation of a healthy industry. We provide tools to help players manage their spending — including daily deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options — because player wellbeing is our priority.
Your time matters. That's why rm250 designs every step of the experience — from registration to deposit, from gameplay to withdrawal — to be completed as quickly as possible, without ever compromising on security or accuracy.
We're honest with our players — about the odds, about bonus terms and about the risks of gaming. rm250 does not use manipulative tactics or false promises to attract players. Trust earned through honesty is the kind that lasts.

Try Gonzo TreasureFor strategy-minded players, rm250 offers Casino Hold Em with a real dealer and 97.8% RTP, as well as Joker Poker featuring a wild Joker card that unlocks the exclusive Five of a Kind hand and an RTP that can reach 100.64% with optimal strategy.
Try Casino Hold EmRm250 offers two fish shooting experiences that are distinct yet equally thrilling — All Star Fishing for a more focused, action-packed session, and Ocean King for epic multiplayer battles against giant bosses including the Ocean King himself, with jackpot prizes of up to RM60,000.
Try Ocean KingThere's one thing we always remind ourselves of at rm250 — this platform doesn't belong to us, it belongs to the players. Whenever our team makes a decision about a new feature, a new policy, or a new game, the very first question we ask is: does this benefit Malaysian players? If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we go back to the drawing board. This simple principle is what has taken rm250 from a small startup to the gaming platform of choice for over 500,000 Malaysians.
Malaysia is a unique market in many ways. Malaysian players don't just want great games — they want a complete experience that respects their lifestyle and their own specific needs. They want to make deposits using the Touch 'n Go in their pocket without going anywhere. They want customer support they can speak to in Bahasa Melayu without being handed a rigid English-language script. They want fast withdrawals because their time is valuable. And most importantly — they want a platform they can truly trust, one that won't make their money disappear or turn a straightforward process into an ordeal.
Rm250 has built its reputation one step at a time. We don't cut corners on security. We don't use confusing bonus terms to trap players. We don't make promises about impossible wins. Instead, rm250 offers something more valuable than any of that — peace of mind. When you play at rm250, you can be certain the games are fair, your money is safe and when you win, your winnings will reach your account without delay.
What we're most proud of at rm250 is the player community we've built together over the years. Some rm250 members have been with us since the very day we launched in 2019 — and they're still here today. Not because they have no other options, but because they've found something hard to come by elsewhere: a platform that genuinely cares about them as people, not just as entries in a database. It's this relationship that drives us to keep working hard, keep innovating, and keep getting better every single day.
We also recognise that online gaming can carry risks when not approached responsibly. That is why rm250 invests seriously in its responsible gaming programme — not because regulations require it, but because we genuinely believe that healthy entertainment starts with self-awareness. We provide deposit limit tools that players can set themselves, self-exclusion features for those who need a break, and resources on how to seek help if gaming begins to affect daily life. Player well-being is not merely an obligation — it is a core value that defines who rm250 is.
Looking ahead, rm250 is committed to growing and innovating in ways that genuinely matter to Malaysian players. We are exploring the addition of more games from world-class developers, improving the speed and reliability of our payment systems, and expanding our rewards programme for the loyal members who have been the backbone of the rm250 community for years. rm250's journey is far from over — and we are proud to have you as part of this remarkable story.
